2023 Workshop Registration

While your payment has been collected via your Affinity account, you must still register at the following link: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_m1fxyPCrTNOq80yWPdJegQ#/registration

Your Program is now active and available for you to Activate your account with Affinity. To do so, please click the Activate account button on the bottom right of the screen. Please ensure that you have activated your account in compliance with your program requirements. Once you have activated and selected username and password you will be able to Login to your personal compliance page.

For assistance you can call Affinity at 877-267-4304 and a customer support specialist will be glad to help you between 6:30 and 8:00 pm EST. You can also contact Ariana Hirsch at FLA at 954-566-9040 or 514-917-2890 Monday - Friday during normal business hours.

You must log into your Affinity account daily (Monday-Friday) any time after 12:30 am to determine if you have been selected for testing that day, as well as to check for any important announcements, messages, or program changes.
