Your Program is active and available for your to Activate your account with Affinity. To do so, please click the Activate account button on the bottom right of the screen. Please ensure that you have activated your account on receiving your Welcome Package to ensure compliance with your Check-in requirements. Failure to do so could result in a Missed Check-in. Once you have activated and selected a username and password you will be able to log in to your personal compliance page.

Daily Check-in will on activation. Your Check-in time is Monday through Sunday between 5:00 am and 4:00 pm CT. You can Check-in by phone or online.

You should check your Online messages frequently to ensure you are aware of any notices from Affinity or your Program. You can review these on the main login screen under the Messages tab.

For assistance with the Affinity system, you can reach the Helpdesk Monday through Friday, from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm ET and Saturday to Sunday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET at 1-877-267-4304.
