Welcome!

Your Program is now active and available for you to Activate your account with Affinity. To do so, please click the Activate account button on the bottom right of the screen. Please ensure that you have activated your account within the time frame specified in your Welcome Letter to ensure compliance with your Check-In requirements. Failure to do so could result in a Missed Check-In. Once you have activated and selected username and password you will be able to Login to your personal compliance page and select your preferred collection site.

Daily Check-In is Monday-Friday between 4:00 am and 2:00 pm. You can Check-In either by phone or online.
